Monday 5/29 Memorial Day parade
Hawthorne, NJ.
White or Black Short Sleeve uniform shirt
9:00 am Bus arrives Kmart shopping center, Willow Grove, PA
9:30 am Bus departs for Exit 7 NJ turnpike (Ramada Inn) for member pick up
10:15 am Approx. time for bus arrival Exit 7 for member pick up
10:30 am Bus departs for Hawthorne, NJ
12:15 pm Approx time for bus arrival in Hawthorne
When arriving at Lafayette Avenue and Ray Street we will be directed to our reporting location.
If driving you can call someone to see where to go!
Upon completion of parade we will stop for a beverage in the Hawthorne Post for (1/2 1 hour).
Remember, there will be no food available at the Post if you want you can bring a sandwich, etc. with you.
Wildwood Elks weekend 6/2, 6/3 parade, 6/4
Elks Weekend Payments are DUE by May 29th.

Saturday night party food and drink after parade and playing for our Elks. Reillys full show per Curt Hawkins, John Riley and Karen Antolik.
Playing for the Elks is a MUST, everyone is needed. Horn line, please bring music books!
We will have our usual party with our own personal DJ Dr. Bill Watts.
PARTY THEME THIS YEAR!
Celebrity Look-alike contest .. Best dressed for your favorite actor.
Erda Graham will coordinate with Bill Watts.

There will be a bus for Saturday 6/3/17 Wildwood, NJ
8:00 am Bus arrives at Kmart
8:30 am Bus departs Kmart for Wildwood, NJ
10:30 am Approx. time for bus to arrive in Wildwood, NJ
Times for departure to the parade start point will be posted in lobby of hotel. Curt, John will give directions from here for the day.

Merge onto Atlantic City Expwy S. Take Exit 7S toward Ocean City/Wildwood/Cape May. Merge onto Garden State Pkwy S (Portion toll). Merge onto NJ-47S via Exit 4B toward Wildwood/Wildwood Crest. Turn left onto New Jersey Ave/CR-621 Turn Right onto E. Wildwood Ave. End at 225 E. Wildwood Ave, Wildwood, NJ 082260

Membership Shares
All members are required to pay membership shares. Each member is $15.00 or $25.00 Household per month. First half of year 2017 is due now. Please see Butch Myers to make your payments as soon as possible.
If there are special circumstances preventing you from paying you share timely, please talk to Kathy Hook and it will be held in confidence.
